Discrimination and retaliation are all too common in the workplace. Rachel represents employees who suffer discrimination based on their sex, sexuality, pregnancy, disability, race, and national origin. Services include: negotiating seperation from employment, representing employees in administrative claims, and litigating on their behalfs.

You deserve to be safe. Rachel represents survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse. Related services include: restraining order advocacy, contract negotiations, safety planning, victim advocacy within the criminal justice system, and civil litigation.

In addition to advocating for employees and survivors, Rachel represents folks who experiencing injustice while incarcerated, those who experience wrongdoing by the police, and victims of a myriad of other civil rights violations.
